First: Shipping via a shipping company
- We provide shipping to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
- The order will be delivered to the shipping company within one business day of order confirmation.
- The customer receives his order within 2 to 5 working days .
- Orders placed on Thursday or Friday evening will be shipped on Saturday .
- When your order is shipped, you'll receive a WhatsApp message containing the tracking number and shipping policy to track your shipment through the shipping company's website.
- Shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and the shipping company's policy.
Second: Delivery via a LUCINDA representative (within Riyadh only)
- We provide direct delivery service within Riyadh via a private representative.
- After confirming the order, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to determine the appropriate time and location for delivery .
- Instant delivery fee within Riyadh: 40 riyals .
